How to use
Diffuser: add 3 to 5 drops to the water in your diffuser, following its instructions.
Bath: mix a few drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil before adding it to warm water. Essential oils don't mix with water on their own.
Skin: always dilute in a carrier oil, such as jojoba or sunflower, before applying to skin.
Safety
- These oils are undiluted. Don't apply them straight to skin without a carrier.Β
- Do a patch test before first use.
- Keep away from eyes, and keep out of reach of children and pets.
- If you're pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider first.
- Citrus oils (bergamot, lemon, lime, grapefruit) can make skin more sensitive to the sun. Avoid sun on areas where you applied them for 12 hours.
- Cinnamon leaf and clove are strong. Use very little and dilute well.
- Open Up contains wintergreen, which is mostly methyl salicylate, a relative of aspirin. It can be harmful if swallowed, especially by children. Keep it out of reach of children, and don't use it on children. Don't use it if you're allergic to aspirin or take blood thinners.

An essential oil is pressed or distilled from a plant. A fragrance oil is a blend made for scent. Everything in this collection is essential oil only.
