Refund policy

Body Love does not accept returns of skincare products due to health and safety concerns. Skincare items may be replaced if they were damaged in transit due to our packaging. An example would be if your order arrives broken with no visible damage to the box or if there is liquid on the box from items in your order. Pictures will be required. Notification of damage must be done within 24 hours of delivery.

Diffusers and diffuser bracelets must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Return of these items must be due to manufacturer defect. Please contact us first.
